Gladys Mae Triplett, age 86, parted this life Sunday, November 24th, 2019 at UTMC Hospital.
Mrs. Triplett was born December 4th, 1932 in Fairfield, Alabama. She was the daughter of Aaron Bryant and Gertrude McCall. Mrs. Triplett came to Toledo, Ohio in 1948, with then husband, Melvin C. Triplett Sr., who passed away in July 2002.
She was preceded in death by two sisters, Jeanett Bryant and Willie Lee Triplett; two sons, Melvin Jr. and Walter Triplett; one daughter, Tina Triplett; mother, Getrude McCall; and father, Aaron Bryant.
She leaves to cherish, her sister, Gertrude McCall, of Youngstown, Ohio; brother, Joseph Bryant, of Gary, Indiana; six sons, Sylvester, Kalvin, William Bo, Thedore, Aaron, and Alton; six daughters, Renee Green, Trease Smith, Angela Griffin, Masie and Gladys Jean Triplett, and Gwen Dubblin., grandchildren, great grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and a host of family, and friends.
