Joshua Foxworth Williams, 27, born June 9, 1992, went to peace Sunday, November 10, 2019. Surrounded by family, he took his last breath in his North Toledo home.

Joshua was surrounded with nothing but love and happiness. His sister, Shawna Merriweather, also his primary caretaker for majority of his life, made sure Joshua lived a happy, fulfilling life. Joshua loved being around family and friends, smoking his herbs, and being outside. Even though he could not walk, he would ride his electric scooter around the neighborhood visiting friends and local corner stores. Joshua was known for being out and about in his chair.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Linda Sue Strunk-Mathis; his father, Carl Williams; grandmother, Laura Mae Heard; aunt, Linda Heard; and cousin, Deshawn Robinson.

Left honor his memory are his brothers and sisters, Timothy (TJ) Strunk, Michael Strunk, Danny Merriweather Jr., Shawna Merriweather, Jomaa Williams, Adriana Mathis, Everett Smith, Shakima Roe, and Latoya Strunk, a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles, and many loved ones. We would like to make a special acknowledgment to brother, Everett Smith and Aunt Darlene for their caring and loving hands in Josh's care.
