Leon was a happy person who loved life. He was a 1979 graduate of Jesup W. Scott High School. He was a certified mechanic and welder. Leon enjoyed working with his hands. He also enjoyed playing the guitar and had a love for music.
He is preceded in death by his grandmother, Lillie Mae White; grandfather, John Albert Bonner; paternal grandfather, George W. Hudgins; and paternal grandmother, Rosa Hudgins.
Left to cherish his memories is his mother, Shirley Hudgins; father, Leon Hudgins, Sr.; brother, Greg Hudgins; sisters, Lillie Hudgins and Connie (Bryant) Carl; aunt, Geneva (John) Sutton; nieces, Markiesha Hudgins, Geneva (Charles) Brown, Erica (Reggie) King; great-nieces and nephews , Eniyah Hinton, Malaysa King, Reginald King, Jr., Mia King, Jamillah King, and Lyrica King.
