Seffan was a Woodward High School graduate. She studied Culinary Arts.
Seffan was a loving and outgoing person. She was the life of any party, always making people happy. Her family meant the world to her. She loved her family, especially her grand kids. Seffan liked to be referred to as Mama Bear and Babie Bird.
