Obituary for Trixie Mann
Mrs. Trixie M. Mann, passed away, unexpectedly at the age of 47, at St. Vincent Hospital on September 18, 2019, surrounded by her family. She was a life-long resident of Toledo, Ohio.
Trixie was born in Toledo, Ohio, on September 8, 1972, to George and Nancy Probert. She graduated from Whitmer High School and attended the University of Toledo. On July 25, 2003, she married William E. Mann, her devoted husband, giving them 16 years of devoted matrimony.
Trixie was a devoted mother and an avid Pittsburgh Steelers Fan. She enjoyed spending time watching football, reading and playing board games.
She was a spiritual woman that gave her life to God at an early age. She will be deeply missed by her family, friends and all that knew her. She was delightful, with such a unique spirit and kindness. She always had a way of making you feel special and never passing judgment on anyone. Trixie would never turn a person away from a meal or a place to stay, always willing to extend a helping hand.
She was preceded in death by her father, George Probert. Trixie is survived by her mother, Nancy Powell; husband, William E. Mann; children, Victor Hitt, Amanda Hitt, Chelsea Gibson, Johnny Hitt, and Deontea Probert, Kiara Wright, and Javon Wright; four beautiful grandchildren, Ja'Niyla, Mariana, Jeremiah, and Antinashia; brother, Frank Probert; and sister, Valerie Probert; and a host of loving family and friends.
